Currently, as Director & Head of Global L&D at HTC Global Services, she leads the global learning function, designing leadership programs and learning cultures that enable professionals to strengthen performance, expand their capabilities, and progress into senior leadership roles. Her current role and long-standing leadership in L&D are also reflected in industry forums and professional recognitions.

A qualified social worker by training, Shalini began her professional journey with a foundation in Psychology and Social Work, including a BA (Hons.) from Indraprastha College, Delhi University, and an MSW from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Her early career involved participatory development and community training across Gujarat and Rajasthan, before she moved into corporate HR and Learning & Development.
