Responsibilities of Y-CEO-AC
The Council is entrusted with:

Vishal Lathwal is a healthcare and strategy leader with over 16 years of experience spanning healthcare, strategy, consulting, and market intelligence. As Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Homecare, he is leading the transformation of home healthcare by building scalable, patient-centric and technology-enabled care models that extend quality healthcare beyond traditional hospital settings.
Prior to joining Apollo Homecare, Vishal led the Max@Home business at Max Healthcare, where he played a pivotal role in expanding out-of-hospital healthcare services across homecare, rehabilitation, chronic disease management and integrated care delivery. His career also includes strategic planning and market intelligence leadership at Daimler, along with consulting experience at Mercer and Hewitt Associates.
With a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence and customer-centric innovation, Vishal brings a distinctive perspective on healthcare transformation, new care delivery models and the evolution of healthcare beyond the hospital ecosystem.
