Remadevi Thottathil is a pioneering Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience, combining mission-critical operational discipline from her service in the Indian Navy with strategic HR leadership across global technology, ITES, analytics, software and FMCG organizations. A historic trailblazer, she served as the first female Air Traffic Control Officer in the Indian Defence Forces, managing high-stakes, zero-error-tolerance aviation operations before transitioning into senior corporate HR leadership.

Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at LatentView Analytics, Remadevi focuses on aligning talent strategy with business growth, strengthening organizational culture, developing leadership capabilities and building high-performance workplaces.
