(Raja) is a senior IT professional, management consultant and educator with over 35 years of industry experience spanning IT products, IT services, IT consulting and manufacturing. He is currently the Managing Partner of ProXL Consulting and has previously served as President & Chief Process Officer at Trimentus Technologies and Vice President (Corporate Quality) at HCL Technologies.

- Over 35 years of experience across IT products, IT services, IT consulting and manufacturing.
- Currently Managing Partner at ProXL Consulting; previously President & Chief Process Officer at Trimentus Technologies and Vice President (Corporate Quality) at HCL Technologies.
- At HCL Technologies (1999–2005), headed Corporate Quality and drove organisation-wide software process improvement across global development centres, including ISO 9000, SEI-CMM Level 5, CMMI Level 5 and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Served as Executive Champion for HCL’s Lean Six Sigma initiatives, driving improvements in software engineering processes, quality and operational performance.
- At Oracle India Development Center (1996–1999), headed the quality function and contributed to the organisation’s ISO 9001 certification and SEI-CMM Level 4 assessment.
- Served at Oracle as Management Representative, Head of the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) and Metrics Council, and helped establish quality capabilities at its Hyderabad development centre.
- Began his career at BHEL, gaining close to a decade of experience in shop-floor inspection, quality assurance, Quality Circles and ISO 9000 implementation.
- Provided software process improvement consulting, CMM assessments and CMMI appraisals across the United States, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Japan and Australia.
- Experienced faculty member and corporate trainer, having trained professionals at Oracle and HCL and served as visiting faculty at institutions including IIM Bangalore, Great Lakes Institute of Management and Anna University, Chennai.
- Has taught Software Quality Management, ISO 9000, SEI-CMM/CMMI, Software Testing, Fagan Inspection, Personal Software Process, Configuration Management, Statistical Process Control and Process Improvement.
- Holds an M.E. in Industrial Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, where he was recognised as the Best Outgoing Student, and an Executive MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai.
