BIO:

Dr. I. S. F. Irudayaraj is a senior management educator, organization development consultant, executive coach, and leadership development specialist with over four decades of experience across academia, consulting, training, and organizational development. He served as Professor of Organizational Behaviour at XLRI, Jamshedpur, from 1998 to 2017, where he also served as Coordinator for Admissions and contributed extensively to academic and institutional initiatives.

Prior to XLRI, Dr. Irudayaraj served as Director, Corporate Learning Centre and Fellow Programme Coordinator at the Academy of Human Resources Development, Hyderabad, and as Assistant Professor and Research Fellow at the Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad. He began his academic career at Loyola College, Madras, teaching postgraduate students in Organizational Behaviour, Group Dynamics, Social Action, and Labour Welfare.

His areas of professional expertise include Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Organization Culture, Organization Development & Change, Mentoring & Coaching, Counselling, Group Dynamics, Team Building, and Personality Development. He has designed and facilitated management development programmes and consultancy interventions for leading organizations across banking, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, FMCG, and public-sector organizations.

Dr. Irudayaraj has also been actively engaged in executive education, research, consulting, and academic mentoring. He has served as visiting faculty at leading institutions including IIM Ranchi, IIM Kozhikode, XLRI, Great Lakes Institute of Management, LIBA, Rajagiri Business School, Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, Xavier Institute of Management Mumbai, and National Institute of Agricultural Marketing.
