He has served as Principal and Associate Dean at Great Lakes Institute of Management for over six years and has held senior academic positions in India and the United States.
Prior to joining Great Lakes Institute of Management, Dr. Jayaraman was a tenured senior faculty member at the School of Business Administration, University of Miami, Florida, where he taught courses in Supply Chain Operations and Analytics. His academic career combines strong expertise in operations and supply chain management with advanced applications of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Dr. Jayaraman has extensive consulting experience with several Fortune 100 companies, working on business challenges across supply chains, service operations, strategy, and analytics. He has published more than 100 journal articles, with his research in Supply Chain Management and Service Operations receiving significant academic and industry recognition.
