BIO:
Dr. N. Madhumithaa is an academician, researcher, and management educator with 11 years of professional experience, including six years of teaching experience post-Ph.D., four years of research experience, and two years of industry experience. She has experience teaching MBA General Management subjects, Business Analytics, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Human Resource Management.
She has served in academic and institutional roles including University Accreditations and Awards Co-Convener and as an Online Digital Learning Content Developer and Lecturer for the MBA-ODL programme. Her research interests span Talent Management, Cross-Cultural Management & Leadership, Employer Branding, Technology-based Human Resource Management, and Learning & Development.
Dr. Madhumithaa has published research in Scopus-indexed, Web of Science, UGC CARE, Springer, and peer-reviewed international journals, and has presented research papers at several national and international conferences. Her academic work covers Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Cross-Cultural Management, Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, and entrepreneurship.
