Jerry Kingsley is a seasoned real estate professional with 22+ years of experience spanning capital markets, investment advisory, valuations, strategic consulting, land transactions, leasing, industrial and logistics real estate, data centers, and market research. He currently leads JLL India Research on an interim basis while continuing as City Lead – Capital Markets for Chennai.
Over his extensive career with JLL, Jerry has worked with developers, occupiers, and institutional investors, advising on complex and high-value transactions across office, residential, logistics, industrial, and emerging real estate sectors. He combines deep market knowledge with strategic perspective, with significant experience in investments, divestments, capital raising, P&L management, valuation advisory, and real estate consulting.

- Built extensive frontline experience in warehousing, industrial real estate, and office leasing, progressing through multiple roles at JLL since 2006.

- Holds a PGDBM in Marketing & Finance from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from St. Peter’s Engineering College.
