Profile
Dr. Rekhapriyadharshini is an academician and researcher with around 15 years of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and programme coordination. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor at VIT University, Chennai. She has previously served at Rajalakshmi School of Business, XIME, Vels University, and Great Lakes Institute of Management.
Her academic and research work primarily focuses on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Work-Family Conflict, Leadership, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Women in the Workplace. She has published research in journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC, UGC and other reputed databases, with research interests spanning work-family conflict, organizational citizenship behaviour, psychological contracts, leadership, workplace behaviour, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
