BIO:
Dr. Arivumalar Ravichandran is an academician, researcher, and technology-management educator with over 16 years of academic experience across Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Management. She has held academic positions across engineering, management, and technology institutions and most recently served as Assistant Professor – Analytics at Great Lakes Institute of Management.
Her teaching and research interests span Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing, IoT, Industrial Robotics, Human-Computer Interaction, and emerging technologies. She has taught postgraduate students across MCA, B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MBA, PGPM and PGDM programmes, combining technology and management perspectives in her academic delivery.
Dr. Ravichandran has made significant contributions to research and innovation, with Scopus-indexed and IEEE publications, two authored books, and five patents/patent applications covering areas such as AI-driven healthcare, intelligent robotics, precision agriculture, and secure IoT communication. She has also guided 40+ M.Phil. research scholars and actively contributes to the academic community through research reviews, conference evaluation, mentoring, hackathons, and invited lectures.
She has delivered keynote and invited sessions on emerging areas including Quantum AI, Blockchain Technologies, Data Analytics, AI in Digital Marketing, and Python Programming, and continues to engage with academia through research, teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
