She currently serves as Director General, Indus Business Academy and has held several senior academic leadership positions including Pro Vice Chancellor, Chief Academic Officer, Academic Director, Dean, Director, Principal, Research Centre Head, and Professor at reputed institutions in India and overseas.
Her expertise spans Marketing Management, Brand Management, Consumer Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Digital Marketing, Leadership, Organisational Development, Higher Education Management, and General Management.
