- Previously served as CEO of CAMS Insurance Repository Services Ltd., where he built India’s largest insurance repository with more than 2.5 million customers and developed technology- and analytics-based solutions for the insurance industry.

- Held senior leadership positions at Bharti Airtel, including VP & Head – South, Airtel Business Services, and earlier served as GM and Head – Quality at Bharti Cellular.
- Earlier career includes consulting experience with Accenture, where he worked in Continuous Improvement and Market/Business-related initiatives, and as a Corporate Black Belt with GE/GECIS.
- Began his professional career with Siemens Ltd., handling turnkey electrical projects, followed by Sales & Marketing experience at Rotork Controls India.
- Holds a Post Graduate Programme in Leadership & Change Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
