Sidhartha Satpathy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience across IT, manufacturing and business services organizations. His career spans the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, talent engagement, leadership development, HR business partnering, organizational restructuring, learning and development, and talent retention. Currently serving as SVP & Head – Human Resources at CAMS, he focuses on building people practices and enabling organizational and cultural transformation.
He has held senior HR leadership roles with CAMS, FSS, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS and Ford Motor Company, managing diverse workforces and supporting large-scale business units across multiple locations. Alongside his corporate career, he has pursued his passion for coaching and storytelling, working with individuals and organizations to explore possibilities, create meaningful narratives and enable personal and professional transformation.

Career & Academic Highlights
- Currently serving as SVP & Head – Human Resources at Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), after previously leading Talent & Culture.
- Led HRBP, HR Operations and Payroll functions at FSS, including organizational restructuring and process automation initiatives.
- At Capgemini, served as Tamil Nadu location HR lead across three offices and HRBP for Finance & Accounting and Supply Chain Management businesses.
- At Cognizant, managed HR for a business unit of nearly 2,000 associates and $500M+ in revenues, with responsibilities spanning talent integration, recognition, reviews and retention; also managed the India MBA hiring program.
- At TCS, progressed from supporting a Chennai location to managing HR for a 3,500-associate workforce across eight locations, including a factory, covering acquisition, induction, recognition, mobility, development and retention.
- Began his career in HR with Ford Motor Company and MK Electric, gaining experience in recruitment, assessment centres and vendor management.
- Founder & Chief Enabler of iSidhartha, focused on coaching, storytelling and enabling individuals and organizations to explore new possibilities.
- Certified/experienced as a Coach and Storyteller, integrating storytelling and human development into his professional practice.
- Holds a PGDBA in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) and a B.Sc. in Zoology from BJB College, Bhubaneswar.
