Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, he brings extensive expertise in people strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, leadership development and organizational transformation.
Beyond corporate HR, Dr. Nair has developed a strong entrepreneurial and advisory portfolio, working with startups and organizations on digital transformation, organizational effectiveness and talent. He has served in senior HR roles across Cipla, Thomas Cook, Wockhardt, KEC International and the RPG Group, combining strategic HR leadership with a strong understanding of business and technology.
